Inclement Weather Closing Procedures |

If schools are closed then we are closed. Even when one district is open and the other is not, we will close daily operations.

If schools are delayed we may open depending on the conditions. We do not want to endanger our clients. However, operating on a delay may not be feasible for our agency. Management will make a decision based on current conditions.

Media outlets that will be contacted are as follows: WLBG AM 860, News Channel 7, WYFF News 4, SeniorOptions.org, GoLaurens.com. We will make an attempt to update these outlets as soon as we can to let them know of our operating schedule. Most times by 6am.

Please contact your program supervisor if you have questions regarding agency operations.
- If the agency is closed due to inclement weather, dialysis will be the only transportation operating. A determination will be made by management if conditions seem too severe to transport dialysis patients.
