I-Care is a free, federally funded program designed to help you navigate the paperwork involved with health insurance.

Trained volunteers are on hand to provide counseling for Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Savings program, Medicare Advantage Plans and Senior Medicare Fraud programs.  This program is also known as the State Health Insurance Assistance Program or SHIP.
